Returns & Exchanges

Please make sure to carefully read the item descriptions you are considering to purchase before ordering. We try to describe our designs as accurately as possible. If you still have any questions, you can contact us.

Our Returns and Exchange Policy: 

1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a message to info@locuracotidiana.com.
2. Return the items to us within 14 days post-delivery
3. Special orders and sale items cannot be returned.
4. All returns must be sent in a padded envelope by certified mail or transport agency.
5. All shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defective product)
6. We will refund the amount of the merchandise or exchange the product for another only if it is in the same conditions and in the same packaging in which we sent it.
7. In the event that the return is for a deffective product or a product not matching the purchased reference, we will be responsible for the costs associated with this return.
